14 days after having Willow, 10lbs2oz we were @ a dear friends wedding, thanks to placenta encapsulation.
It has been the best after-care decision I have made. The energy levels were amazing. Especially, as we were feeding every two hours for the first three months. They are like a can of red-bull a day!

I had a long labour and was shattered after it and then a week later had to spend a traumatic week in temple street. Firstly, since I started taking the capsules I'm feeling fantastic... I've so much energy, the type of energy is have from doing exercise!!!
Secondly - my doctor took my bloods the other day since I had very low iron & B12, she just rang & is in shock!!! All my levels of Iron, haemoglobin, Vitamins etc have more than tripled in 3 weeks, I'm way way above the recommended levels.
I had told her about the encapsulation & she was interested to see how it helped as she doesn't know anyone who's done this, and didn't have that much faith, she's so impressed she's going to recommend this to all her patients, she said she had to double check the figures they were so impressive!!
My vitamin B went from 78 to 350 in 2 weeks, iron from 10.8-13.2.. I just can't believe it, buzzing with a new born on about 5 hours sleep a night & a 16 month old who just started walking
I've cut don't to 4 a day now, I'd say I'll be getting a nervous twitch when I begin to see the end of the pack.. Thanks again & have a lovely weekend

I had been meaning to txt you to thank you. My little boy is 2 months old and I've had an amazing recovery from child birth. Within a week of giving birth I was out for lunches and shopping in town and feeling great.
I've never felt exhausted with all the night feeds and the breast feeding is going amazingly well. I'm exclusively breast feeding and have a great supply.

I started out taking two pills three times a day and continued for three weeks until the end of the bag became visible and I started to panic a bit and reduced them to one pill twice a day! In total they lasted me 7 weeks.
I was lucky enough to have a wonderful birth and was on an amazing high for days after but in the back of my mind I was worried that being so high l would eventually crash.
I received my pills in the post 3 days after I gave birth and between then and now 11 weeks post partum I have not experienced any low periods.
I have actually never felt better. I have had loads of energy right from the beginning, I didn't have any baby blues and I did after my first baby. Almost everyone I met commented on how great I looked. My hair grew like crazy.
The main reason I had decided to encapsulate my placenta was because I had read about how it helped balance hormones after pregnancy and birth. After my first baby I had horrible symptoms of hormonal imbalance that went on for over a year some physical but mostly emotional and I was hoping I wouldn't suffer as much this time around.
I'm delighted to report that I haven't experienced one symptom of hormone imbalance, again I have never felt better physically or emotionally.
I have been telling anyone who will listen about the amazing benefits of placenta encapsulation. Some people do find it odd but to me it makes perfect sense and I will continue to recommend it and you of course to any pregnant ladies I know.
Also I hope that some day in the future I will be lucky enough to avail of your services again!

I honestly can't speak highly enough of the placenta encapsulation ....
Here I am sitting with my second child a little boy who is 4 & half months old wondering where has the time gone already. I used Lisa's services at the end of June this year & I honestly can't speak highly enough of the placenta encapsulation.
The difference between not doing it the first time with my daughter and this time is huge. Of course second time round your not as anxious to begin with but you still have all the same duties as well as looking after a toddler as it was in my case. I had my baby on a Monday & my tablets were with me by Wednesday.
The umbilical cord which Lisa used and made into a beautiful keepsake too was a gorgeous gift & surprise.
I literally started taking capsules the minute I got them. I started for the first few weeks of taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
When I say my husband was shocked at how much energy I had, I mean he kept telling me to take it easy. He himself couldn't get over the difference from when I had my daughter the previous year. I was just exhausted first time round and those first few weeks of intense breastfeeding drained me.
Not this time!
I couldn't get over how plentiful my milk was in a few days. I had enough milk to feed & express in the first week. I also didn't experience those weepy days you get within the first few days this time round either.
I used the capsules religiously for the first 6 weeks and then I weaned off and just took them as I needed. And yes like other woman I have a few emergency spare capsules for days I'm tired! Especially needed coming into these winter months when mum & kids get run down with colds etc!
Some friends & family were horrified to say the least when I told them about it. But what is so wrong about eating your own placenta? Your baby has been feeding for nearly 10 months from it! Lots of animals instinctively eat their own so it's not something totally weird.
I can't express how much these have helped but all I know is if I could legally buy someone's placenta to turn in capsules for myself I would!

When I say my husband was shocked at how much energy I had, I mean he kept telling me to take it easy. He himself couldn't get over the difference from when I had my daughter the previous year. I was just exhausted first time round and those first few weeks of intense breastfeeding drained me.
Not this time!
I couldn't get over how plentiful my milk was in a few days. I had enough milk to feed & express in the first week. I also didn't experience those weepy days you get within the first few days this time round either.
I used the capsules religiously for the first 6 weeks and then I weaned off and just took them as I needed. And yes like other woman I have a few emergency spare capsules for days I'm tired! Especially needed coming into these winter months when mum & kids get run down with colds etc!
Some friends & family were horrified to say the least when I told them about it. But what is so wrong about eating your own placenta? Your baby has been feeding for nearly 10 months from it! Lots of animals instinctively eat their own so it's not something totally weird.
I can't express how much these have helped but all I know is if I could legally buy someone's placenta to turn in capsules for myself I would!

No doubt I will use your service again in the future. Also my husband would like to thank you all too, it definitely made life easier for him also

I have to tell you that i found them fantastic and only sorry i only used them for my third and final baby. I had a c section and the recovery time and general well being was amazing , with a new born and two very young babies at home the amount of energy and healing was excellent.

hope you are well. I had my placenta encapsulated back in April and first off i want to say what an easy and efficient service you had.Georgia was born in the early hrs of Wednesday morning and i had the tablets by Thursday at 10am!
As it was my first pregnancy I have nothing to compare it too but I think the tablets were amazing.My milk came in fast and plentiful, breast feeding went smoothly enough and I continued for 6 months.
My iron went to 7 and by my two week gp appointment it was back up to ten. My hair and skin were never so healthy and I have a full set of lovely nails something I never had!
I had plenty of energy and never really got the baby blues, except for about 2 hrs on day 5 listening to the love zone on 4fm!!
Any way baby number two is due for April 2016 and I have a handful of tablets left, can I take these now in my state, I would absolutely hate to waste them.

My recovery was excellent and I had endless energy. Having a toddler and a new born at home, I really thought I'd be drained and tired all of the time. This was not the case.
I also found my hair and nails were in excellent condition and still are. I had huge hair loss after my first baby, and have hardly none so far. I just wanted to send you a little note to let you know how I got on with the capsules.
They worked brilliantly for me, I also got the smoothie which I had while still in the hospital and my milk was coming in by the end of day two, of which there was plenty!
My mood and energy levels were great in the weeks following the birth, I felt strangely "with it" and calm. In fact my husband joked that he was the one who should have been taking them as he was wrecked! I can't say I had many problems after my first birth but I don't think I would have coped as well this time without the capsules.
One thing that I thought you might find interesting as I didn't notice it mentioned on the IPEN website, is regarding hair loss. After my first baby my hair began to shed almost immediately, in what seemed like huge amounts and continued for months. This time my hair did not begin to fall out noticeably until I had ceased to take the capsules, which was after about 3 1/2 months, and it is nowhere near as bad as the first time.
Thanks so much again for providing such a great service. I can't say I've shared the information with that many people as most people I know would be in shock! However two of my friends are nurses, one of whom is a midwife, and they were very interested and supportive, as were all the midwives I met in the hospital. I know they will definitely share the information with their colleagues.

All is good Lisa. I've great nails and hair which I'm attributing to the capsules. I've no prob with my milk which is why I wanted to do it. I had an easy birth and it all helps I feel - really wish I had the capsules with my first !
I was defo the talk of the ward as I told one midwife and the next midwife to see me was asking me all about it. Hope it is catching on. I have told a few people about it but am select as I know some of the responses I would get. If I had another baby I would do the same with my placenta. Thanks again for providing this service. hi lisa. so sorry for very late reply. never seem to get a minute! i'm finding them a huge help. obviously not getting much sleep and never get a chance to rest during the day so i should be on my knees but i'm coping quite well. also i'm not as teary as last time.
i really think the capsules r the reason. other thing is that i've alot of milk . so its been a huge help with all areas! i think it should be compulsory for every new mum! thank u v much for all ur help. i will def be recommending u! :)
